Quote from my ex-boss and self-reflecting on my bias. Get my own front porch in line before fixing my neighbor’s yard. Basically, take time to personally reflect on who I am, why I act the way you do, my biases, my assumptions, and generally question what drives my actions/thoughts. We might be able to literally do this on our front porch.
